Torsion Bar -Oversize .835 - PAIR

Torsion Bar ( Oversize .835 ) Sold as a PAIR. These are a considerable upgrade from OE in terms of stiffness and handling.

Torsion bars are essentially an unwound coil spring and are the foundation of the E-Type front suspension. Over the years they will sag just like a coil spring. These torsion bars are not sided or manufactured with any “pre-twist.” However, some are labeled R/H and L/H to ensure they are reinstalled on the same side of the vehicle if removed. Once a torsion bar has been fitted, it must always be reinstalled on the same side, as switching sides can cause it to fracture.
