Same-Day Shipping Policy
Orders placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) containing "in stock" items will leave our warehouse the same day as the order was placed. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. We do not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday.) Out of stock or backordered items may delay a shipment. You will be contacted with details if your order contains backordered parts.
With over 50 years of shipping experience, Welsh Enterprises can package and ship your order safely and securely across the street or around the world.
We can offer tracking information for all UPS and FedEx shipments and most US postal and truck shipments. If you provide your email address, we can have your tracking information automatically sent to your email in box.
Your final shipping charge is dependent on a number of factors:
Carriers not only charge by weight, but many times the size of the package comes into play when calculating shipping.
Rates also depend on whether or not the package is being delivered to a business address vs a residential address.
The carriers also charge more if the package is being delivered to a rural area or somewhere they normally do not have a scheduled route.
Welsh Enterprises insures your package for the full value of the contents.
We do not offer COD
Orders placed after 2:00pm EST may be shipped the next business day. All shipping transit times refer to business days, Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not considered time in transit.
International deliveries: It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees or any other fees incurred by importing an item to your country.
All duty, taxes, customs and brokerage fees are to be paid by the customer. Check regulations governing import duties and restrictions on weight, size and/or merchandise ordered on international shipments.
For international orders, payment is best made by credit card or a cashier's check from a U.S. bank in U.S. Dollars. Or, you may wire us funds; we will be glad to email or fax instructions. A processing fee will be added to cover any fees imposed on us by our bank. We cannot accept Canadian postal money orders or foreign checks drawn on foreign banks or in foreign currencies.
Shipping to Brazil
Effective January 1st, 2020, all shipments to Brazil must include your Tax Identification (ID) number on customs declarations & shipping labels. Orders that do not provide this information will not be shipped till we receive it.
There are several tax IDs that can be used when shipping your order to Brazil. These include:
CPF – Individual Tax ID
CNPJ – Business Tax ID
How to include your tax ID number when ordering:
In the “Company Name” field at check out enter your tax ID number
If your order does not have a company name please add a CPF prefix before your tax ID.
Example: “CPF 000.000.000-00”
If your order uses a company name please list the tax ID number before the company name separated with a dash.
Example: “000.000.000/0000-00 – Company Name”
Leave a note on your order indicating what form of tax ID you are using with your order.
If you are shipping an order to Brazil and do not include this information, we will not ship your order until we receive this information. No exceptions.
Used and Special Order Parts
Due to the immense amount of labor involved in removing used parts and preparing them for shipping, there is a 20% restock fee on all used parts returned. The same 20% restock fee applies to all returned special order parts. All used and special order parts must have return authorization prior to acceptance. Some used or special order items may not be returned.
Welsh Enterprises, Inc. disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular or intended purpose respecting the goods herein, the installation thereof, or any alteration or repair thereto. No salesperson is authorized to make any representations or warranties with respect to goods sold. Welsh Enterprises can not be held responsible for any repair costs, towing costs or damages.
Returns and Exchanges
Welsh Enterprises strives to provide the Jaguar enthusiast with accurate solutions at affordable prices. Should you need to return an item, please allow 30 days for return processing. The following guidelines help ensure your refund, exchange, or credit as quickly as possible.
If you receive a wrong or damaged part from Welsh Enterprises; every opportunity must be given to Welsh Enterprises to correct the problem. We will do our best to solve any problems. However, we will not credit or refund any wrong, damaged or faulty parts, unless we first have the option to solve the problem.
Returns may be accepted for a full refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of the time that you receive your order. A copy of the original invoice and a return authorization number must accompany all returns. To receive a return authorization number, please email or call for authorization.
All returns must arrive to us in the same condition as they were shipped. (Returns not accompanied by a return authorization or after 30 days will either not be accepted, or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please inspect all orders within 24 hours of receipt.) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Used parts, electrical parts, open gasket sets, wood kits, manuals, and bearings are non-refundable.
Please return all cores within 30 days of purchase to ensure proper credit of your core deposit. Any cores returned after 90 days from the date of purchase will be credited at our discretion.
Be sure that the rebuilt part that you have received is exactly the same as the part you are replacing. If it is not, please call your salesperson immediately, prior to the installation. We may be unable to refund your core deposit if the part sent back to us is not the same as the one we sold you.
We reserve the right to insure that your core is rebuildable before issuing credit. Some cores need to be sent to the rebuilder for inspection. All core returns must include a copy of the original invoice. Cores returned for credit must be complete, assembled, empty of fluids and reasonably clean.
No COD's for core deposit refunds will be accepted. UPS pickup service is available upon request. The charge for this service will be deducted from your core refund.
Please allow 30 days for core refunds to be processed.
Damaged in shipping claims
Please make every attempt to check your shipment before you sign for it. If there is any visible damage, do NOT refuse the shipment, but note such on the bill of lading or have the driver acknowledge it with his or her signature. Please notify Welsh Enterprises of any damaged items immediately (within 24 hours) so that we may send you a replacement and arrange for pick-up of the damaged item(s).
