Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to have the latest and current information available on our website and it is constantly updated. Our goal is to offer you the best products at the lowest prices possible and get them to you when you need them. We bring thousands of parts from a wide range of suppliers to you and to the market and sometimes prices and availability does fluctuate.

Returns and Exchanges

Welsh Enterprises strives to provide the Jaguar enthusiast with accurate solutions at affordable prices. Should you need to return an item, please allow 30 days for return processing. The following guidelines help ensure your refund, exchange, or credit as quickly as possible.

If you receive a wrong or damaged part from Welsh Enterprises; every opportunity must be given to Welsh Enterprises to correct the problem. We will do our best to solve any problems. However, we will not credit or refund any wrong, damaged or faulty parts, unless we first have the option to solve the problem.

Returns may be accepted for a full refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of the time that you receive your order. A copy of the original invoice and a return authorization number must accompany all returns. To receive a return authorization number, please email or call for authorization. Parts must be returned in the same condition as they were be received and will be inspected upon receiving the return for approval.

All returns must arrive to us in the same condition as they were shipped. (Returns not accompanied by a return authorization or after 30 days will either not be accepted, or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please inspect all orders within 24 hours of receipt.) Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Used parts, special order parts, electrical parts, parts kits, manuals, opened chrome, bearings and partial kits are non-returnable or refundable.

Core Returns

Please return all cores within 30 days of purchase to ensure proper credit of your core deposit. Any cores returned after 90 days from the date of purchase will be credited at our discretion.

Be sure that the rebuilt part that you have received is exactly the same as the part you are replacing. If it is not, please call your salesperson immediately, prior to the installation. We may be unable to refund your core deposit if the part sent back to us is not the same as the one we sold you.

We reserve the right to insure that your core is rebuildable before issuing credit. Some cores need to be sent to the rebuilder for inspection. All core returns must include a copy of the original invoice. Cores returned for credit must be complete, assembled, empty of fluids and reasonably clean.

No COD's for core deposit refunds will be accepted. UPS pickup service is available upon request. The charge for this service will be deducted from your core refund.

Please allow 30 days for core refunds to be processed.

Restorations

The inclusion of restoration shops on The Restoration Page of the Welsh Website associated with advertising, logos or Website links, or reference to any products, process, service, trade name, trademark, or manufacturer, is not an endorsement by Welsh Enterprises of any such restoration project, links, entities, products, services, names or marks.

External links and information are made available to assist the website visitor in his or her research. Welsh Enterprises has not screened in detail individual links or organizations that appear on this site or that may be electronically linked to this site.
